"From Russia With Love"

A native of Ohio, Chad Hoopes began his violin studies at the age of four in Minneapolis with Nancy Lokken and continued with Sally O'Reilly at the University of Minnesota. He currently studies with David Cerone at the Cleveland Institute of Music, and with David Russell. He was a student in the ENCORE School for Strings for four summers and has also studied at the Bravo School for Strings and the Meadowmount School for Music.

In addition to appearing with the Orchestra of the Yehudi Menuhin School (Cardiff, Wales), Chad has performed with numerous ensembles throughout the world including the Cleveland Orchestra, Pittsburgh Symphony, Orchestra of the Welsh National Opera, Cleveland Pops, South Dakota Symphony and Erie Philharmonic.
